The energy performance requirements of the building are foreseen in the achievement of the "A" energy class, therefore innovative design criteria have been used which envisage an external 14111 casing that is as little dispersing as possible and sensitive to both summer and winter external temperatures, external window frames in triple glazing with interposed two air chambers, and plant equipment that provides for the production of hot water and underfloor heating via a centralized boiler supported by thermal solar panels and storage tank. The destination of individual consumption is guaranteed by individual meters arranged on each level, for each individual apartment in the common stairwell.
